Both apartments can be taken for longer than a holiday. A stay of several weeks, or a few months, is priced below what those nights would cost one by one.
Casa Antonio A and Casa Antonio B are the same house, with separate doors. A long stay uses one of them as a home: cook, work, keep the car in the free space out front, and ride the subway when the city is the plan. It suits a work season in Sapporo, a university term, a family visit that runs long, or a winter built around Teine.
The discount is real, and it is not a figure printed on this page. Nightly prices on Airbnb are for shorter bookings. For a block of weeks or months, the host sets a special rate for those exact dates — lower than stacking the nightly price. What is included, and the total, are confirmed in writing before you pay. This site does not take the booking.
The house rules do not relax because the stay is long. No smoking, no pets, no parties, and a quiet street after dark. Check-in and check-out still apply at each end. Only the people on the booking live there.
